The Help Symbols book comprises 16 different symbols screen-printed onto calico and sewn into a small book a tad bigger than the palm of your hand (ever so tactile and portable).
Each symbol contained within this book serves as a reminder of simple things we often take for granted. Sometimes we need a little nudge to bring us out of whatever we’re caught up in or stressed about.
The book may differ (slightly) from the pictures you see. Each book is hand screen-printed and sewn and as such no two are ever exactly the same.
